KRUECK+SEXTON DESIGNS NEW TOWER IN WEST LOOP

Rising 48 stories above Chicago’s West Loop and towering above surrounding buildings, Krueck+Sexton has designed an unmistakable statement for Tishman Speyer on the developer’s first major venture after the 2008 recession.

Designed for optimum envelope performance  and abundance of daylight, the articulated façade permits views parallel and perpendicular to the urban fabric, a unique opportunity for tenants to experience the city.  The project is being designed with a LEED-Gold target.
