TOM JACOBS TESTIFIES BEFORE CONGRESS

Tom had an opportunity to testify before the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Small Business, Subcommittee on Contracting and Workforce.  Part of an effort to urge Congress to eliminate two impediments facing small architecture firms as they compete for government contracts, Tom explained that there are currently numerous impediments prohibiting small firms from competing for government work.

Tom underscored his argument noting the importance of keeping small, design-conscious firms in the mix for public work and spoke about his own experience working with the GSA.
